NEW COVID-19 REGULATIONS:
Covid-19 virus has a long incubation period during which carries of the virus may not show symptoms and still be highly contagious. It is impossible to determine who has it and who does not given the limits in virus testing. Due to the frequency of visits of other clients, the characteristics of the virus and the characteristics of any and all beauty services, it is an elevated risk of contracting the virus simply by being in the salon. We will ensure that any and all staff is safe to work in our salons.
- You cannot have fever-temperature degrees
- Shortness of breath
- Loss of sense of taste and smell
- Dry cough
- Runny nose
- Sore throat
- You cannot get services if you have traveled out of the country in the past 14 days
- We have the right to refuse service at anytime
- 6 feet distancing will be in place to the best of our ability
- You will have to wait in your car/or outside salon until the stylist is ready to service you
- You must wear a mask at all times
BOOKING ONLINE TIME SLOT POLICY:
Our weave application process may take 2-4 hours depending on services.
We cannot rush but we guarantee that we are prompt in ensuring less wait time as
possible.
A $25-$40 deposit is required to book a time slot. The deposit will be deducted
from your total. If you are 30 minutes late for your time slot, your deposit
will not be credited toward your service. A 48-hour notice is required by email:
feedback@threadzsalon.com. If you need to cancel, then a
credit is issued toward your next service. If you book within a
48-hour time frame, then need to cancel, your deposit cannot be credited.
NO REFUNDS. Requesting a stylist is not a guarantee.
Confirmation of appointment is required.
Booking with Cheilonda is a fee and not a deposit.
We also book earlier times 6am ,7am and 8am for a convenience fee. Call preferred salon for details.
We do not detangle your natural hair. You are responsible to detangle your natural hair.
We ask that you detangle your natural hair before we begin services.
DEPOSIT is deducted so make sure you are on time so you will not loose your deposit.
No refunds.
Payments are paid in full at time of service.
·Threadz Weave Salon is a customer service oriented establishment. In any event that you are unsatisfied with the service, please inform your stylist or cashier before leaving. Our staff will try to work with you and gladly resolve any problems within reasonable time.
·Threadz Weave Salon will provide quality express services in a timely manner. Every client is a case by case, meaning that we offer a fast and friendly service for an affordable price but we will not rush on any client or situation.
·Our Threadz Weaving System is based on using our double tracking technique with 2 packs/bundles of 100% human hair.
·Your natural hair must be shampooed and blow dried before your weave can be installed. We can shampoo and blow dry your hair for an extra charge.
·Using 1 pack/ bundle is $25 extra.
·Reused tracks/ pieced tracks/ splitting tracks are $25 extra.
·Single tracking is $25 more.
·If you need to leave the Salon, a $20 deposit is required if we have started any service.

·We are always under surveillance for the safety of the business and for the promotion of salon. Photographs/ Videos may be taken.
·We may have our customers prepay for their services.
·We will explain any service process as well as maintenance.
·Threadz Weave Salon is not responsible for sensitive scalp, tenderness, abrasions or sores due to braids, weaving process, adhesives, hair weave choices or any chemical services, etc.
·Threadz Weave Salon is not responsible for hair loss due to installation process in any manner, including weaving, wig or quick-weave services.
·We cannot guarantee that you will have a particular stylist.
·If you are not being serviced, you should wait in the lobby or waiting area.
·Threadz Weave Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
·Inappropriate language and behavior is prohibited.
·No children are allowed unless being serviced.
·No pets are allowed.
·No refunds. Payments are paid in full prior to or at time of service.
·You have 48- hours to notify us by phone or email feedback@threadzsalon.com if you are unsatisfied with your service.
·All services are provided at your own voluntary, free will.
